I really want to make custom Like and Share buttons for my digital domain/kingdom thing here. One exploration I did a while back was styled like this 👇

See that ‘Like’ button in the top right corner? It’s kinda cute with that coin icon, eh?

But currently I’m so stumped! I’ve tried lots of variations and researched tons of different plugins and options but nothing on WordPress seems to match quite what I wanna do. 🤔

I want them to be branded with my colors, icons, and other visual elements. For the sharing one I want the person sharing to have flexibility to share it however they want (kinda like how share sheets work on mobile apps), but I also get that’s not really a thing on non-mobile computers (except ChromeOS, thanks Google 💪). So I’m stumped. I tried to do just a simple copy link/copy post button, but not even that seems to exist yet. The only blocks I can find are set to predetermined social apps, and I don’t want to have multiple share buttons for multiple apps.

So, they’re both on pause for now, which is okay cuz I haven’t really shared this with many people yet. But I think a really simple ‘Like’ and ‘Share’ would be super neat. 😁
