Sleep is still such a mystery to me and humans in general I feel like. I mean, yeah, we know a decent amount about it, but still feels like we know basically nothing. Like, why do some days I sleep so long and still can barely wake up and feel energized and other days (like today) I wake up around 4am and feel so much clarity and not that same grogginess as days when I sleep longer. I don’t think it’s because I actually need less sleep (although that would be fantastic) cuz I’ve tried that before and it doesn’t feel sustainable. But randomly it’s like I wake up and suddenly know how to solve all the problems in the world and it actually feels like there’s energy to do it.
