It’s crazy to me how small a human stomach is, and yet, for my whole life I’ve always eaten meals that feel massive compared to the size of it. 🤯 Why do we even eat 3 meals? Why not 5, 7, or any number? Why have a set number at all? What if I could go throughout each day with smaller and more frequent eating? Sounds kinda cool and potentially even less stressful then feeling like I need to prepare 3 big meals every day. I could have tapas every day or lots of different snacks. Potentially I could get more variety in as well? But idk. 🤔 Something interesting to think about and try some time, maybe.
