I’m obsessed with asking questions and challenging the status quo because when I keep my mind open to possibilities I can change things that look or feel set in stone. I refuse to believe that anything “is what it is” and I always ask more of the experiences around me. Doing this is how I think we can build a world where people can thrive more deeply than ever before.

Minimalism is my jam! I cannot get enough of it and I’m constantly trying to simplify, remove and craft systems for my life that are more enjoyable, more simple, or less redundant. I feel like minimal systems are ones that really understand deeply what they need to thrive and they don’t settle for anything less than the best combination of things.

I really love things that are in constant movement. The flow, the growth, the evolution! Life is more enjoyable for me when things feel this way and if too many things start to get stuck or stop moving completely, that’s when I get worn down much more quickly.
