Some questions I’ve been wondering about…..

What can I do to measure success better? To celebrate consistency for the things I value and want in my life? How can I make patterned behaviors more enjoyable, invigorating and exciting? For example what could I do after exercising to celebrate my body and how amazing it is that I’m devoting energy to it every day? How can I measure the changes happening in my body even if they’re small and incremental?
